By accessing or using Trixtek services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.
Trixtek provides technology services including AI automation, IoT development, web development, cybersecurity, cloud/DevOps, and Dispatch-as-a-Service. Service specifics are governed by individual project contracts.
All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. One-time purchases are processed at time of order. We use Razorpay and Cashfree as payment processors.
Digital downloads: refunds within 7 days if the product is defective or significantly differs from description. DaaS subscriptions: prorated refund within 30 days of first payment. No refunds on custom development work once delivery has been accepted.
Upon full payment, clients receive full IP ownership of custom-developed code. Pre-existing Trixtek frameworks and templates remain our property unless explicitly transferred via separate agreement.
Trixtek's total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
